1. The drivers will not be able to wait for late-comers.

2. Parents are required to commit to a full term’s use of the service, five days per week. The charge will be for the full term and will be charged to termly invoices in arrears. There is no refund for missed days.

3. The shuttle service between the three schools will be free. However, pupils using the paying service will have priority and parents who wish to book just the shuttle service will be able to do so only if there is room on the coach.

4. The Schools have contracted with established private companies to provide the services and these companies have experience of this type of work. It is expected that the only adult on the coach will be the driver. Tickets will be issued, which should be shown to the driver on boarding the bus. He or she will have a list of pupils to be carried and will be responsible for discipline on the bus, but will report any problems to the Schools for action.

5. Children using the service will be issued with a coloured ‘season ticket’ indicating

Term - Name - School - Route; this ticket should be shown to the driver on every journey.

6. The service will only be available for pre-booked places, and additional friends who might be travelling in with your daughter on any particular day cannot be accommodated.

7. Please let the School know if your daughter will be carrying bulky luggage (e.g. a cello) as we will need to make special arrangements.
