Educated at Brighton and Hove High and at Oxford University. Tracy produced a series of programmes for the BBC, after which she went into freelance journalism – writing features on education for UK Newspapers and education magazines, before becoming Head of Press at the ISC. She is currently a media consultant and a director of ASF.
Educated at Alleyn’s School, Dulwich, Neale joined the English Speaking Union exchange programme to Tabor Academy, Mass, USA returning to the UK to study law at Leicester University and at ULaw, Chester. He is currently Partner in charge of Corporate and Commercial Law at Mundays LLP.
Educated at the Royal Grammar School, Guildford, Mr Southey went on to study at the University of Brighton before qualifying as an accountant. Mr Southey is currently a Partner at Wilkins Kennedy LLP.
Educated at Courtmore Comprehensive, Guildford College of Technology and the University of Bournemouth, Paul has spent many years within the construction industry. He is currently a Partner at Synergy overseeing the project management, health and safety divisions.
Educated at Prior’s Field School, Caroline went on to train as a Montessori and TEFL teacher. Now retired, she has been Head of the EU department of the CBI, served as Chair of Governors, British Junior Academy of Brussels and of the Diplomatic Service Families Association, FCO. She is currently Chair of the Anglo-Belgian Society and Trustee of the RBBS.
Educated at Colton’s Girls’ School and Gordano School and then Aston University, Ms Ells has spent more than 30 years working as a management consultant. Since 2013, she has run her own consultancy business specialising in transformational leadership change and development. Ms Ells strongly believes that health and well being are essential for great leadership and these are important features of her leadership development work. Ms Ells has considerable experience at board level, in both non-executive and executive capacities, including the NHS and BT.
Educated at Portsmouth Grammar School and then Hull University. A Chartered Management Accountant, Richard has over 30 years’ broad Board level experience and now acts as a portfolio consultant and nonexecutive director to growing SME businesses.
Mark grew up in Guildford and attended George Abbott School. He then studied Building Surveying at Thames Polytechnic. As a Chartered Building Surveyor, Mark has worked in the property industry since 1993 and more specifically within architectural practices in Farnham for the last 14 years.
Mrs Gillingham was educated at Sir Williams Perkins School in Chertsey, studied History at Manchester University and law at Nottingham Law School. She qualified as a lawyer in 2009 having completed a training contract with Slaughter and May. Since 2010 she has worked for Penningtons Manches LLP in Guildford in their corporate department. Liz currently holds the title of Senior Associate with the firm.
Andrew is a Headmaster of Ripley Court School. Before that he was Second Master at Danes Hill School, Director of Studies at Copthorne Prep and he taught at SACS in Cape Town and served a spell in the South African Navy. He is also an ISI inspector. His two daughters both attended Prior’s Field.
Educated at Wymondham College, Steve went straight into a career in IT. He spent many years as a software developer before moving into infrastructure support and management, mostly within the music industry. Lately he has been providing ICT support to a local SEN school.
Educated at Harrow School, Julien trained as an accountant at Peat, Marwick Mitchell & Co. With over twenty years in international banking, he took on a number of roles as Head of Corporate Banking & Chief Financial Officer. His final six years prior to retirement was spent as Bursar at Reigate Grammar School.
Educated at Prior’s Field, Hazel went on to become a Chartered Surveyor at the College of Estate Management.. She later obtained the RICS Diploma in Building Conservation. She is a partner at Knight Frank LLP, where she has worked since 1999, valuing institutional commercial property across the UK.
An apprenticed avionics engineer with British Caledonian, Alec has remained in the technology sector and now consults in software development. He has had a number of executive and non-executive Board level appointments and has been a founding member of several technology start-ups. He is a Chartered Director ambassador for the IoD and helps at The University of Surrey with their entrepreneurs.
Educated at Whitchurch High school Cardiff and a BSc Economies from Manchester University Richard has worked in the IT industry for 39 years. He was a Partner at Ernst & Young for 6 years and moved to Capgemini in 2000 when they acquired the global Ernst & Young consulting business. At Capgemini Richard has carried out a number of management roles including being a legal director of several entities and has worked in the UK, Italy and France. He now is in a global role as Chief Operating Officer of Cloud Infrastructure Services, a major operating division.
