You have a different teacher for each subject.
You won't be with your own class all the time. Sometimes we are in mixed groups with other classes.
For some subjects, we are grouped together in sets based on our performance. This means you will get the help you need when you need it, and the class doesn't go too quickly for you to keep up, so you can become more confident in your work.
You go into more depth in each subject and explore new ideas and concepts.
There are more subjects across the timetable such as Spanish and Design and Technology.
The teachers treat you as a more responsible student and expect you to be more grown up in return.
You have to be more organised, know where you need to be and when, take note of your homework and club times.
For some, a major difference is that there are no boys to distract us.
There's a lot more prep!
