When I first came to Prior's Field, I realised that the English concept of boarding was completely different to the French. Most French students don’t go to boarding schools as generally they are for pupils with problems. So it was hard for me to understand to begin with.

Another difference is the wearing of uniform. In France, only a very few schools have uniforms. In fact, I have never seen one in Paris.

I feel that the relationship between teachers and students is more caring here. This may be because the classes are smaller so we all get to know each other better.

The subjects we study in France are similar to those here except for D.T. (cooking, textiles) and ICT. I believe that French students have a much better understanding of English than English students have of French!

Finally, for me, it has been a rewarding experience. I have made lots of friends and I hope I’ve improved my English! I feel that I now think in English and have been told that I even speak in English when I’m asleep!

I came to Priors Field for just one term, from April to June. I spent three amazing months here that I will never forget. They were a great experience for me.

As I'm not English I found everything a bit hard at the beginning, but as all the girls and teachers helped me when I needed it, I got used to this school in just about a week.

Also, I took some EAL lessons that improved my English grammar and vocabulary.

As I am a full boarder I had to spend all the weekends at school (except for the exeats), but they weren’t boring at all. The teachers took us to so many places where we had fun and also learned about English culture and history.

Now that we are in the last week of the course I feel sad for leaving this place.

I don’t think I’ll come back to study in England again, but I can say that this has been an unforgettable time for me.

Здравствуйте! Я являюсь студенткой школы Prior ’ s Field и хотела бы рассказать Вам немного о жизни в этой школе. Так как эта школа находится в лесу, девочки могут полностью уединиться сконцентрироваться на уроках, не отвлекаясь на мальчиков и прочие развлечения. Они так же могут наслаждаться свежим воздухом и спортом на улице каждый день, если конечно позволяет английская погода. Prior ’ s Field особенна хороша для тех, кто любит прогулки на длинные дистанции, так как находится в сорока минутах ходьбы от ближайшей деревни, так что если студентке нужно купить что-то в магазине, дойдя до него и обратно она пройдет несколько километров.

Что касается учебы в этой школе, Prior ’ s Field  предоставляет широчайший выбор предметов, с упором на интерес девочек- рисование, музыка, текстиль... Но, конечно, если Вы любите точные науки, учителя всегда рады Вам помочь и в этом. В этой школе учится ного студенток разной национальности, в основном из Китая, например, в моем классе из иностранок учится только шесть девочек из этой страны.

Персонал в школе очень приветлив и улыбчив. Если Вы заблудились или совершенно случайно пришли в то место, куда Вам приходить нельзя, они с радостью Вам помогут найти путь до Вашей комнаты, а если надо до директриссы.

Буду рада увидеть Вас в следующем году.

Priors Field pades pasiekti puikius rezultatus! Mokytojai draugiski ir visada pasirenge padeti. Taip pat daug galimybiu megstantiems sporta, muzika ir tiksliuosius mokslus.

Kadangi si mokykla yra tik mergaitems ir randasi gana toli nuo miestelio,visada bus galima pasimegauti grynu oru ir niekada nekils kliuciu mokslo atzvilgiu. Taip pat daug galimybiu susipazinti su mergaitems is kitu pasaulio saliu, pavyzdziui Kinijos, Taivano ir Honkongo!

中五畢業後我便來到 Prior’s Field School 繼續升學。我選了化學，物理，數學和附加數學為 A level 的科目，而現決定在大學選修化學鑑証。 我應為 Prior’s Field 的學習氣氛與香港的大大不同。在課堂上我們會與老師交流，而每位老師亦顧慮到同學在各方面的感受。此外大部份課室以及實驗室都設有與電腦連接的 smart board 。老師透過它向我們顯示網頁、筆記和資料，這使我們學習更佳並提高我們對學習的興趣.  在這兩年間我深深地體會到在 Prior’s Field 學習的樂趣，我相信畢業以後我一定會常常懷念這所學校。

Un trimestre en Priors Field

Vine a Priors Field el último trimestre del curso, de abril a junio. Aquí pasé tres meses estupendos que nunca olvidaré y que, además, fueron una buena experiencia para mí.

Como no soy inglesa todo me resultó un poco dificil al principio, pero todas las chicas y los profesores me ayudaban siempre que lo necesitaba, de manera que me acostumbré a este lugar en apenas una semana.

Como soy full-boarder (lo que significa que vivo en el colegio) tengo que pasar aquí todos los fines de semana, a excepción de los dos “exeats” que hay cada trimestre.

Nunca nos aburrimos, ya que cada día los profesores nos llevan a algún sitio a divertirnos o a aprender a cerca de la cultura y la historia de inglaterra.

Ahora que estamos en la última semana del curso me siento triste por dejar este sitio.

No creo que vuelva, pero puedo decir que en este colegio pasé un tiempo inolvidable.

作為海外留學生，我們認為P.F和香港的政府學校差別十分大。
不論是教學方式，甚至是住宿都顯然不同。
儘管這間學校並不是一間傳統的英國寄宿學校，但因為這裡是小班教學，
大部分老師都會花較多時間和資源在學生身上，因此學生會得到更多的學習機會。

此校吸引外地學生我的原因是擁有較小亞洲學生，所以學習英文的機會比其他學校多一點。
總括而言，這裡能夠令學生更獨立和成長。
