This is a non-returnable fee that is payable with an initial application.
In order to secure a place, once a formal offer has been made, a refundable deposit is payable. This is in addition to the first term’s fees. The deposit will be returned when your daughter leaves Prior’s Field and is not deductable from the final term’s fees. A final invoice will be issued refunding the deposit, less any extra charges your daughter may have incurred in the final term.
The boarding fee includes tuition, boarding, food.

Fees are due on or before the first day of term.
There is also a fees in advance scheme, which offers a reduction.
Most after-school clubs are included in the boarding fee, but riding, tennis, individual music tuition, LAMDA and dance incur extra costs.
Boarders are required to participate in at least one chargeable activity at the weekend. These range from trips to London museums to swimming and ice-skating at the local leisure centre.
Transport costs are charged at cost (i.e. airport pickups, taxis)
