The ‘Girls Allowed’ radio station is, we believe, the first and only independent girls’ school radio station in the UK. Our radio frequency is 1431AM. The Radio Club and media students are broadcasting during and after school and at special events that are of interest to the wider community.
A number of high profile visitors to the school have been interviewed, including George Alagiah, Tom Avery and Phil Tufnell.
We were delighted to welcome former PF student, Baroness Warnock to the official launch of 'Girls Allowed' radio. Over the first few years of broadcasting there have been several journalistic coups.
