Prior's Field Catering is created on site in our own kitchens by Chartwells. They provide excellent catering throughout the year. A catering committee of pupils has the opportunity to feedback on the range of food offered for breakfast, lunch, supper and breaktime snacks.

Chartwells also caters for school functions and events and, more recently, senior members of the regional team have run Ready, Steady Cook! events and attended Boarding Forum evenings for parents. The Catering Manager regularly makes an input to the PSHE programme, advising on healthy eating, and supports the school with its themed lunch and supper events, such as Chinese New Year and occasional 'meat free' days. In Spring 2010 Chartwells received a 5* Food Hygiene Award from Guildford Borough Council.
