What is the registration fee?
This is a non-refundable fee that is payable with an initial application.
What is the deposit?
A refundable deposit must be paid after a formal offer letter has been sent to your client’s parents, in order to secure her place. The deposit required is as per the table to the right. The deposit will be returned when your client leaves Prior’s Field and is not deductable from the final term’s fees. A final invoice will be issued refunding the deposit, less any extra charges your client may have incurred in the final term.
All boarding fees are due on or before the first day of term. Please ask your client’s parents to give their daughter’s name as the reference and ensure that they cover the cost of bank charges.
Clubs and Activities
Most clubs and activities are included in the boarding fee. Riding, tennis, individual music tuition and London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts (LAMDA) lessons incur an extra charge though. Details of these charges are included in the school’s General & Extra Subject Fees Sheet.
