The rescheduled and ever popular Rock and Pop evening took place on Monday when thirteen Acts took to the stage to perform a mixture of classic and contemporary rock and pop songs that had the audience clapping and singing along. A delicious curry with all the trimmings was served to guests, who were also treated to an incredibly talented and entertaining line-up, climaxing with phone lights in the air for ‘Don’t look back in anger’ by Oasis, thanks to Eleanor, Flora, Chloe, Bethan and Anja. One Parent reported ‘The spread of food and accompaniments was delicious, served by such enthusiastic girls, the engaging conversation between tables, with new friendships having been formed, AND most importantly the music itself, enjoyed not only by parents, but by girls not necessarily involved, but who wanted to support their friends. If only we could be part of it again this evening….!’

The music is varied with a nod to the ’90s, anticipating the musical theme of the forthcoming PFAlive! event in April 2018.
